At Kayndi Designs, all of our products are digital, which means nothing will be physically shipped to you. Here’s how you can access your digital purchases:

1. Instant Access to Digital Files

After completing your purchase, your digital files will be immediately available for download. A link to download your files will also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

2. Memberships and Drive Purchases

If you’ve purchased a membership or drive, designs will be added periodically throughout the month. You will receive a link to a shared Google Drive where you can access and download your digital files. You can revisit the drive anytime to find newly added designs.

3. Trouble Accessing Files?

If you experience any issues accessing your digital files, please don’t hesitate to chat with us. We’re here to help and will ensure you receive your purchase without any problems.
