Since all our products are digital, we do not accept cancellations once a purchase is completed. Digital files are instantly delivered upon payment, making them non-refundable and non-cancellable.

For membership or drive purchases, cancellations can be requested before the next billing cycle. If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us at kayndidesigns@gmail.com or chat with us at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date.
