Do you need to purchase a transfer license?

✿ If you are purchasing designs and/or design drives starting 1/1/2023 and plan to sell printed transfers.
NO:
✿ If your transaction was made before 1/1/2023 you are covered under the old terms and conditions and no extra license is required. This includes if you purchased a yearly or lifetime design drive before the date of 1/1/2023 you don not need to purchase extended transfer license.
✿ EXTENDED PRINTED TRANSFER AND PRINT ON DEMAND LICENSE IS INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE OF 2023 OR LIFETIME DESIGN DRIVE. NO ADDITIONAL PURCHASE IS NEEDED.

Purchasing this extended use license allows you, as a small business owner, to sell Kayndi Designs digital designs as Printed Transfers, and covers 1 to 5 designs.
This does not include any designs with this listing, this is ONLY for the license. Designs are sold separately.


This is ONLY for selling printed designs as ready to press transfers.
This includes:

✿ Sublimation Transfers

✿ Screen Print Transfers
✿ DTF Transfers
✿ Vinyl Transfers

✿ Waterslide Decals



With this license, you CAN:

 ✿ Print and sell transfers of all the designs in our shop with no limit on sales.


With this license you CANNOT:

 ✿ Resell our designs as digital downloads.
✿ Sell, modify or distribute the designs digitally in ANY format.


PLEASE NOTE:
✿ If selling the transfers online, a watermark must be added to the images you use to advertise online. You may use your own or our watermark to protect from being copied.

{Your paid transaction will serve as confirmation of your rights of extended usage. Please keep this as well as transaction receipts from Etsy for your records as proof of purchase.}
